Mike Shea MD, ICF ACC Executive Coach
A Boston native, I moved to Maui in 2012 to slow down, improve work-life balance, and enjoy paradise. My passion to build a better healthcare system for the Maui community opened doors to executive leadership, and I slowly re-created the high-stress life I'd left on the East Coast. I learned that the life I wanted couldn't be found with a geographic change - but it could be made with internal transformation.
I've dedicated myself to sharing that journey of change with others. In June 2025, I stepped down from my leadership role to align my life with my passion, and began a career in executive coaching. I continue to practice as a critical care physician, refining my practice of both medical and personal skills. My aim is to consistently bring balance to chaos, and to help other leaders do the same.
